Secure Tar (sectar) creates encrypted tape archives (tar files). It uses gzip compression, and the AES algorithim. The encryption is exported under exemption TSU 740.13.

All the correct features for a standalone application have been added, as well as a non-interactive mode where it will create its own key, and read it on the fly. It can now encrypt/decrypt with multiple blocksizes and keysizes.
