System Configuration Collector Server generates summaries
of scc-data sent by clients. It offers a Web interface that
supports searching the snapshots and the logbooks of the
systems. It also supports comparing (parts of) the snapshots
of systems.

The name and version of a Linux distribution are now used to indicate the name and version of the OS. scc-pull has been extended with the -U option to indicate that the software should work with an upstream scc-srv. scc-pull has been extended with the -P option to indicate an alternate port for ssh and scp. The detection when to compare snapshots on the server instead of on the clients has been corrected in scc-transfer.
