imgtops contains a pair of commandline utilities for translating
between bitmap images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, Targa, BMP, etc.) and
Postscript files. It uses Postscript Level 2 and 3 features in order
to minimize the size of the output files without reducing image
quality.
