Major feature enhancements
The CPU now emulates most (but not all) illegal opcodes.
Screenshots are now possible. A bug with large virtual
resolutions was fixed. Fullscreen video support was added for
fb devices (if your fb supports 400x300@60Hz) and for Mode X
360x240 via direct VGA access. The emulator was split into
different parts, and some of them are now written in C. Sprites
are now displayed, but are slow. Other new features include a
first working SID emulation, better keymapping (using raw
keyboard mode), the first working joystick emulation (via
keyboard), and builtin monitor with basic functionality.
