There are a number of minor bugfixes, and some tclxml compatibility issues are dealt with. An HTTPS transport has been added, and the BEEP transport has been updated for the BEEP RFC.

Development, Major feature enhancements
This release includes a number of bugfixes and
enhancements. The major points are Support for
multiple transports (HTTP, FTP, SMTP and BEEP) was
added. SOAP with attachments is now supported with
SMTP (via tcllib mime). Support for tclhttpd
(SOAP::Domain package) was rewritten. This release
depends upon tcllib 1.2 for the uri and log
packages.
