Minor feature enhancements
This revision adds two new tools, the Create User
tool and the Query Tool. It also changes the core
PostgreSQL engine to support SSL and Perl out of
the box. This change was made to allow for an
easier installation of SQL-Ledger on top of the
PostgreSQL distribution. The ODBC driver did not
make this release, but should be released as a
supplemental package in the next couple of weeks.
