This release uses tsearch instead of intarray. It adds interfaces to
ispell dictionaries and snowball stemmers, and Cygwin
compatibility. It enhances the default parser to recognize integers
and HTML entities. Ranking functions can now optionally normalize
document weights by their sizes. This release works with PostgreSQL
7.2.2 and later.
