Case sensitive checks on the receiver of incoming PRIVMSGs / NOTICEs have been removed. Various compile errors with RedHat's g++ have been fixed. This release will build and run on FreeBSD.

Several memory leaks and a 'vhost add' bug have been removed. Both hybrid modules have been completely redesigned. This release adds the configuration directive 'Clients.DefaultUsermodes', the commands 'shutdown', 'sethost' and 'setident', and configuration file support.
