프로젝트 설명

EdenCRM is a Customer Relationship Management application written in Java which is
designed to help customer service representatives manage and respond to customer
inqueries. It is built in a modular fashion, and includes a mail module, a history module, and
a ticket module.

모든 라이브러리의 라이센스 lib 디렉토리에 포함되어있습니다. 모듈이 완전히 플러그입니다. 모듈은 각 모듈의 JAR에 포함된 META-INF/module.xml 파일을 통해 노출. ModuleMessage 인터페이스 설계되었습니다. EdenLib 1.0b1로 업그레 이드되었습니다. 모든 localizable 자원 externalizing의 과정을 시작했다. 많은 모듈을 개선합니다.

All library licenses are included in the lib directory. Modules are now completely pluggable. Modules expose themselves through the META-INF/module.xml file, which is included in each module's JAR. The ModuleMessage interface has been redesigned. EdenLib has been upgraded to 1.0b1. The process of externalizing all localizable resources has begun. There are many module improvements.

Mckoi 데이터베이스의 기본 내부 데이터베이스에 추가되었습니다. EdenLib 0.7로 업그레이 드. 만약 그들이 존재하지 않는 모듈을 현재 데이터베이스 테이블을 만듭니다. 모든 라이브러리와 파일을 MySQL에 관련된 제거했다 계정 목록을 업데이 트 버그가 수정되었습니다.

The Mckoi database was added as the default internal database. Upgraded to EdenLib 0.7. Modules now create database tables if they do not exist. All libraries and files related to MySQL were removed, and the account list update bug was fixed.

주소록, 회신 및 전달, 그리고 역동적인 메시지가 추가되었습니다 템플릿이없습니다. 편집 및 표 명령을 삭제 구현되었습니다. 팝업 메뉴에서 티켓을 테이블에 추가되었습니다. 지금 티켓을 수정 데이터 저장소에 저장됩니다. 지금은 역사 프로그램의 항목 및 항공권 EdenLib ID에 대한 고유 ID 생성기를 사용하고있습니다.

Address book, reply and forward, and dynamic message templates have been added. Edit and delete ticket commands have been implemented. A pop-up menu has been added to the ticket table. Ticket modifications are now stored in the data store. The program is now using the EdenLib Unique ID generator for history entry and ticket IDs.
