The CodeAssistor Editor is a programming editor that can be useful for editing C/C++, Objective C/C++, Makefiles, Java, SQL, TXT, PHP, Bash, Batch, Perl, Python, Flex, and Bison. The CodeAssistor Editor strives to be small, fast, and simple. Major features include code colorizing and code folding. It is similar to TextEdit, Notepad, and Notepad++.

FXiTe is an advanced cross-platform text editor built with the Fox GUI toolkit and the FXScintilla text widget. It features built-in syntax highlighting for 40+ languages, an embedded Lua scripting engine, macro recording and playback, multi-line regular expression search and replace, rudimentary ctags and calltip support, a flexible interface to external tools, and a built-in "message window" to capture the output of external commands such as compiler error messages, etc.

cclite is a lightweight implementation of a community currency registry for local exchange trading systems (LETS) and other alternative money systems. As of 2009, it has an SMS interface and versions for Debian, cpanel-based, Fedora and Windows XP. As of 2012 it has decimal currencies, templates for many languages, and a REST-style interface for integration with CMS and social networking software.

nts is an acronym for Note Taking Simplified. It provides a simple, intuitive format for using plain text files to store notes, a command line interface for viewing notes in a variety of convenient ways, and a cross-platform, wx(python)-based GUI for creating and modifying notes as well as viewing them. Displayed items can be grouped by path or tag and can be filtered in various ways.

cardme is a Java library implementation of RFC 2426, VCard. It provides Java applications with a way to read and write from and to the VCard file format. The project's goals are to provide a flexible and easy to use library with excellent documentation.

Komport2 is a serial port communications and VT102 terminal emulator. It has an easy-to-use GUI.

Forban is a P2P file sharing application for link-local and local area networks. Forban works independently from the Internet and uses only the local area capabilities to announce, discover, search, or share files. Forban relies on HTTP and is opportunistic, meaning that it replicates any files of interest seen in its proximity. The Forban protocols are minimalistic to ease the production of other implementations.

FrugalWidgets is two widget systems, one for the X Window System and one for Win32. The former is coded using C in an object-oriented fashion and the latter is C++. The Win32 version has experimentally worked on Windows Mobile.
