　えぇと、SF.jpの私のアドレス宛にこんなメールが来ました。

　よくわからないんですけど、なんかの勧誘でしょうか…？
　正直、サーチエンジンなんてどうでもいいので放置なんですけど、
英語ちゃんと読める人居ましたら、訳してもらえないでしょうか…？

DNSやリンク拾いbotの情報とかを見て、webmaster@とかに適当に投げてるだけではないでしょうか。
